The Baden-Württemberg Competence Network for Integrative Medicine (KIM) unites the medical, nursing, therapeutic, and scientific expertise of participating hospitals, outpatient networks, and research institutes in the field of integrative medicine and nursing. Together, we work on the development, implementation, and evaluation of integrative treatment concepts. Our vision: A steadily growing network that stands for the effectiveness, quality, and safety of integrative medicine.

Many patients in Baden-Württemberg desire a diverse range of therapies and complementary medicine services. We are therefore committed to ensuring barrier-free access to quality-assured integrative medicine for everyone. As patron of the Baden-Württemberg Integrative Medicine Competence Network, I am delighted that hospitals and outpatient networks are jointly addressing this important task. The goal is to develop and implement effective and safe treatment concepts. Practice and research are working closely together in this endeavor.
