KIM treatment recommendations

On this website, we present agreed-upon treatment recommendations from the fields of oncology and infectious diseases. Using a multi-stage process based on the Delphi methodology, we identified the safest, most effective, and easiest-to-implement pharmacological and non-pharmacological measures for key symptom complexes and diseases within the KIM (Clinical Infection Management) facilities.

The scientific publication on the development of the oncological treatment recommendations can be found under the title: Winkler, M. et al.; Expert-guided approaches to complementary interventions for common side effects of cancer therapies: a practice-based perspective from integrative oncology centers in Baden-Württemberg, Germany; https://doi.org/10.3389/fonc.2025.1667298
